Allocation

All tenant companies will be offered chance to book time on the showreel. So the allocations are fair, these will be made in 3 minute slots until all the participating companies have been allocated time. Following this, further 3 minute slots will be allocated, and so on, until all the 60 minutes. These will be allocated in turn, based on the booking date order.

Slot Times

The minimum length of a slot would be 15 seconds. The only limit to the length of a slot would be the allocation of each company. An allocation can be split in to multiple slots, and stepped throughout the length of the showreel. Alternatively, the full allocation may be able to be taken in one slot. The position of where the slots appear within the 60 minute showreel can be agreed. This would be done for each company in turn based on the booking dates order.

Monthly Rate Options

Monthly charges are based on an average 22 days per month and on a sliding scale rate. Prices start at a minimum £60.50 for 242 minutes a month. Full prices are shown in the table below.

Contracts

Contracts are for a minimum of one calendar month and can be agreed for three, six and twelve months. Contracts are based on a rolling agreement where a contracts will automatically renew and the promo will continue in to the next month.
